Herm Sprenger 3.2mm SHORT LINK Stainless Steel Ultra Plus Twin O Ring Prong Collar (Black)

£40.00

Herm Sprenger Stainless Steel Ultra Plus  SHORT LINK prong collars for dogs feature the centre plate configuration pioneered by the outstanding Neck Tech prong collars.

The short links measuring 1 inch / 2.5cm make it possible to achieve a finer tuning of the collar size.

This striking symmetrical design offers benefits that are both functional and aesthetic with the confidence that it has been developed by the leading manufacturer of quality dog training products.

The stainless steel Ultra Plus is available with double fixed rings to enhance the versatility of the collar by allowing both rings to be attached to the lead simultaneously for more direct correction.

Please note: As with any training tool, you must condition the dog to the tool to ensure the best results. Training tools and equipment do not magically fix issues, but when introduced and conditioned properly, can improve and build strong communication between you and your dog.

We do not condone the improper use of our training prong collars. We strongly recommend seeking professional advice before utilising any training tool. To browse our list of dog trainers and behaviourists, please click here.

Different dog with this collar

We have 2 GSDs that are great off the lead but pull like a steam train on the lead. We were advised to try the prong collar to help with this. I was dubious at first as I always imagined they were some sort of medieval torture device, but as it happens they are nothing like what I imagined. Just a little pull on the collar and the dogs are brought back to heel, not like before when I had to use quite a lot of force with a check chain. The dogs are far more engaged with me when on lead using this collar and it makes them think about what they are doing. On lead walks are far more enjoyable for me and the dogs and I hardly have to check them and this is only after a few days of use. Obviously nothing is a miracle cure, but this along with a bit of back to basics training has worked wonders. The service from Abi and Ryan has been top class too. Due to a mix up on the website I was originally sent the wrong collar, I contacted them and told them I needed the correct collar for the next day as we had a training class in the afternoon…….it arrived the very next morning! Outstanding service and a customer gained. Thanks guys.😁
