Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • You will need to notify us that you wish to return the item and state the reason for the return.
  • Returns should be made to the returns address provided on the parcel.
  • We strongly recommend using a tracked service to return your item.
  • Once the item has been returned your funds will be returned.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We recommend using Royal Mail Tracked services for all returns.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We do not cover or reimburse return shipping fees. 

We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely. We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during transit.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Remote Collar Returns & Inspection Policy

Remote training collars are classified as specialist electronic training equipment and all returned units undergo a full inspection, functionality test, and condition assessment before being accepted back into stock.

Where a remote collar has been opened, paired, activated, worn, used outdoors, or shows signs of handling beyond what would reasonably be expected when inspecting the product, a restocking and inspection fee of up to 10% may be deducted from the refund amount.

This fee contributes towards:

  • Product inspection and testing
  • Sanitisation and repackaging
  • Firmware and functionality checks
  • Administration and processing costs
  • Reduction in resale value of opened electronic equipment

To qualify for a full refund, returned items must be:

  • In “as new” condition
  • Free from marks, damage, hair, dirt, odours, or outdoor use
  • Returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, chargers, and contents

Returns that are damaged, incomplete, excessively used, or not in resalable condition may either:

  • Be subject to a reduced refund reflecting the loss in value, or
  • Be returned back to the customer

This policy does not affect your statutory rights. Faulty or defective items will be handled in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
