The Herm Sprenger stainless steel fur saver long link collar is a 3.0mm gauge.
Measuring the size is vital to ensure the correct fit. This collar cannot be separated like a prong collar and doesn't have an adjustable buckle like a leather collar. To fit your dog it has to go over your dogs head, comfortably sliding over the ears. We therefore recommend measuring from under the chin, over the head and ears and back to under the chin then add 5cm/2 inches. If you already use a fitted slip collar or choke collar simply lay it flat and measure the length end to end.

Ps I have used a cheaper version from amazon before for my rottweiler and the herm sprenger is much much better

Highly recommended for Belgian Malinois
Highly recommended for dogs with really fussy tummy especially Belgian Malinois. My malinois is on this and its the best for his super sensitive tummy. We have tried so many different types of food but nothing works. He is now 15 months old and at his best skin condition with shiny coat, nice poop.
